The definition of success varies from person to person, and some may associate it with ownership, such as owning a luxurious house, for example, or with the conviction to live a simple life or other things.

The similarity between all definitions of success lies in the existence of contradictory ideas of progress and conviction on the surface, but they actually work in parallel because your lack of progress or satisfaction denies your success in one way or another.

When you progress in your life, you describe a person as successful according to the definition of success. Success does not require outstanding achievements that bring you fame and impress others.

Your success or progress can sometimes frustrate some people, lead them to amplify their personal flaws, and, on the other hand, be a source of inspiration for many people.

However, at this stage, you will begin to derive your sense of self-worth from the opinions of others around you, and you will live a fake success that lacks the basic components of true success represented in progress and self-satisfaction.

In other words, you should stop thinking of success as a destination or final state and start thinking of it as a series of decisions you can make every day, like choosing to work harder, prioritize your tasks, or focus on your priorities.

When you invest your talents and potential, you may get the extravagance of a luxurious house, a luxury car, trips, etc.

and then you must realize that your new possessions, relationships, high income, and other things are not success in themselves; they are the results of choosing success over a long period of time.

3. Answer the question: How would you live your life if you only had 6 months left?

This question helps you eliminate excuses and postpone decisions. When one does not consider the possibility of death, their future will seem unknown, and this leads to the generation of feelings of uncertainty while acknowledging the existence of death.

This contributes to pushing one to study possible options carefully to make the optimal decision. Life experience tests the capabilities of the individual and the possibility of fulfilling their wishes.

In this way, reality and the right choices gradually become more apparent, and you start to deal with your emotions on the basis that they are fleeting and will pass over time.

However, you risk failing to take the necessary risks to fulfill your goals if you don't learn to marginalize them. Instead, it's possible to keep failing and being rejected.

However, feelings of self-confidence resulting from deciding to go beyond the comfort zone are very critical, and you should determine the decisions you will make if you die after six months.

Will you take advantage of all the opportunities available and go beyond your comfort zone, even if the results are not guaranteed? Will you continue to achieve your dream despite the uncertainty of what this experience will lead to? You must accept the feelings of uncertainty because the joy of life lies in the uncertainty surrounding the future.

It should be noted that this approach does not imply that you refrain from acting in a hurry when making important decisions; rather, its value lies in encouraging you to move forward with your plans rather than spending too much time studying and analyzing the situation, especially the one that occasionally prevents people from deciding to begin working on their goals.

That may be the only way to prevent you from making excuses and overthinking, and you will live your life to the fullest, take advantage of the opportunities available when you reconcile with the uncertainty of the future, and make your decision to move forward to achieve your goals with all your strength.

It's important to remember that the only way to have certainty in life is to accept the idea of uncertainty.

4. Stop feeling undeserving of success

Childhood experiences significantly impact people's perception of themselves and their belief in their abilities. Many people are exposed to unfavorable upbringing circumstances that damage their naturally positive self-image and cause them to feel less valuable and worthy than others.

Lack of self-confidence resulting from the conditions of a harmful upbringing in childhood excludes the possibility of success. The extent to which you invest your potential and talents is determined by the progress you make and the success you achieve. Although humans vary in their abilities and good qualities, they are equal in their human worth, and being aware of this fact helps us to enhance feelings of self-worth and not link them to the standards imposed on us by the world.

It is essential to pay attention to the ideas that lead you to question your abilities and competence and your entitlement to success and seek to adopt a style of thinking that helps you achieve your goals because you deserve this opportunity.
